I, the undersigned, am aware that this competition requires maximum physical performance and that this poses risks to my health and physical integrity. I am also aware that there are also risks to my health and physical integrity from the equipment provided and the obstacles to be overcome.<\/p>\n

The competition pushes well-trained firefighters to their performance limits. The participants start in complete operational gear including attached breathing apparatus. The competition runs against the clock.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=”Personal fitness” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css=”%7B%22default%22%3A%7B%22margin-top%22%3A%2250px%22%7D%7D”]

I assure that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained and experienced for the competition.<\/p>\n

Each participant must judge for himself\/herself whether the competition course is too difficult for him\/her, each participant is responsible for the equipment and its condition.<\/p>\n

I confirm that I meet all the requirements for wearing breathing apparatus (filtering devices and isolation devices). This includes the health examination according to the principles of G26.3 (for german starters), as well as the successful completion of the training to become a respirator wearer and the regular participation in advanced training events as well as load exercises.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=”Disclaimer” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css=”%7B%22default%22%3A%7B%22margin-top%22%3A%2250px%22%7D%7D”]

I participate in the competition voluntarily and at my own risk and responsibility. The organizer assumes no liability for any damage caused to the participant or the equipment in the context of an event of FireFit Europe.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the organizer assumes no liability for any damage caused to a participant by the behavior of another participant or spectator.<\/p>\n

If in cases of force majeure, official orders or for safety reasons an event should not take place, the organizer has no liability for damages towards me.<\/p>\n

Excluded from this exclusion of liability are claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, which are based on a negligent breach of duty by the organizer or vicarious agents of the organizer. Also excluded is the liability for other damages, which are based on a grossly negligent breach of duty of the organizer or on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty of a legal representative or vicarious agent of the organizer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[vc_custom_heading text=”Failure to appear at the competition” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css=”%7B%22default%22%3A%7B%22margin-top%22%3A%2250px%22%7D%7D”]
